Last Day

Dear Parents,

We understand from the room moms that many of you have asked about the dress for tomorrow.  There has not been a change in the dress code for tomorrow.  Please send your student to school in their regular TAISM uniform.  We are looking forward to a fun day with crafts, snacks and a space movie!

See you tomorrow!

Books Books Books

Dear Parents,

We are busy getting our classroom ready and set for the up-coming First Graders.  This means we are working together to arrange our books.  The students will not be bringing books home from school but are certainly encouraged to read from books at home each night.  Tomorrow your child will be coming home with the Raz-Kids password and log on instructions.

Kind Regards,

Mrs. Turner

Thank You

Thank you for coming to our Portfolio Share!  :)  We LOVED sharing our growth and reflecting on the year with you.

Roller Coasters

We had the privelage of visitng the middle school this week and learning all about how they made their roller coasters.  When I asked the students what they learned about they said:
Mass
Gravity
Energy
Velocity
an so much more!
They have been creating roller coasters in the classroom ever since this day.  They talk about the mass of the marbles and the weight to make sure the energy created will be right for the track!  I love how students learn from eachother!!
